I'm Mathew Henry—a seasoned professional who has worn multiple hats throughout my career. Previously, I held the roles of Special Education Director and Legislative Liaison for AZCase. Today, I'm the driving force behind The Holistic Advantage, a progressive staffing firm dedicated to supporting school districts. Simultaneously, I serve as the CFO for a dynamic commercial construction company.
My journey has been fueled by an unwavering commitment to fostering equity within educational realms. This fervor propels me to actively contribute to the SEAA executive board, where I collaborate to empower Special Education Directors in their mission to cater to our exceptional student population. Through diverse experiences and a genuine passion for progress, I'm dedicated to leaving a lasting impact on education and beyond

My name is Patrick Becker. I have been in education since 2007 and have spent the last 6 yrs as the Exceptional Student Services Director in the Agua Fria High School District. I am passionate about educating all stakeholders about special education and changing the mindsight of fellow educators. When I am not at work, my focus is on attending my kids' football, volleyball, and baseball games and playing pickleball a few nights a week.
